This program is specifically designed for the body type ectomorph.  Ectomorph basically means “skinny guy” and this program works best for skinny guys because of the nature of the workouts and different workout cycles.

    The nutrition guide for hardgainer project x is not as detailed as I would have liked it to be. It still tells you what types of foods to eat and the percentages of the types but as far as ..eat “xyz” at 8 am and then eat “abc” at 11 am..and so on..it just tells you the frequency of the nutrition.

    So what I ended up doing was buying the Vince DelMonte NoNonsense Muscle Building program just because he offered meal plans lol. He offers an 84 day meal plan with very detailed instructions..even down to the ingredients that you need to make the food!

  • So I used the Hardgainer Project X program for the workouts and then I used the Nononsense Meal Plans for the nutrition part and yes I’ll post a sample meal day on the website here pretty soon. I’ve been busy but I’ll post one asap! Thanks for asking bro!

  • Our goal is to reach a neutral state but our hardgainer body is naturally acidic which means that the acid in our body will burn away at the muscle that we work really hard to get. A good solution to this would be to drink alkaline water to try to neutralize the acid but there is more that can be done..
    hopefully that answered the question :)

    I do karate three days a week, and the one week where you deprieve your body of carbs worries me. I might not have enough energy for training and will the carbs be stored as fat instead? Also, how did you manage to lose body fat percentage while building muscle?
