Hey everybody so this week was my first week of Upside Down Training phase which will last 4 weeks. This phase is made to get me warmed up for 29 week program I am about to embark on. It will be intense, it will be hard, and I might even have the urge to quit sometimes but I WILL keep going!! I promise that I WILL NOT quit because I am more determined than ever…
So it’s a Thursday night for me right now and I didn’t feel like doing my homework just yet so I decided to make a quick blog post
I started working out on Sunday went again on Monday, again on Wednesday, and I’m going tomorrow (Friday) afternoon…I haven’t been working out for awhile so this week has made me super sore!!!
But…
It is ok because I know that I am improving….
I have a few before and after pictures already from some of you guys that have sent them to me but I’m not going to put them up until I receive a few more so that I can dedicate a day to posting all of them up…
so you feel free to send me your before pictures and after pictures and even if you only have a before then send your before and let me know what your goals are and I can write up a quick blog post and then people can get to know you and when you get your after you can send that in also!
I really want you guys to start a transformation alongside me that way we can keep each other in “check” if you know what I mean.
Well its getting a little late for me and I have to finish some homework so I’ll leave you guys for tonight and…
